1. What does AxeForge Technologies do?
We specialize in engineering and modifying Cryptocurrency mining hardware, with a focus on enhancing the performance, efficiency, and reliability of devices like the Bitaxe Gamma 601. Our mods include upgraded cooling, power systems, and structural improvements.
2. What hardware do you support or modify?
Our current focus is on solo mining devices. But we will be expanding in the future. We provide pre-modded units, upgrade packages, and performance accessories tailored for solo miners. We are continuously expanding to support for additional mining hardware.

Each mod is designed for solo miners who value long-term durability and performance.
4. Do you sell fully assembled or plug-and-play miners?
Yes. We offer pre-modded, plug-and-play Bitaxe 601+ units with our recommended modification package. These systems are tested and optimized for solo mining before shipping.
5. Can I send in my own hardware for modification?
At this time, we only support modifications on hardware purchased through AxeForge. This ensures compatibility and allows us to maintain quality control across all builds.
6. Can I use your mods for pool mining?
Our mods are optimized for solo mining, but the hardware can be configured to join pools. If you're interested in pool mining configurations, reach out and we’ll help you set it up.
7. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping available upon request. All units are securely packaged and insured for safe delivery.
8.How long does it take for a order to ship out?
We will have the package out in no more then 10 business days. However, they generally ship a few days after the order as long as the item is not on preorder.
9. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All AxeForge-modified hardware includes a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing or modification-related defects.
10.What is your return policy?
We want you to be confident in every purchase from AxeForge Technologies. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be unmodified and show no signs of wear.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping fees).
Note: Altered products are not eligible for return.
